Rick Sullivan and Steve Eckert, Principals, have over 45 years of experience in the residential building and development business. Together, they have been responsible for producing over 7,500 home sales and 12,000 lot sales in the Washington Metropolitan market.
After owning and managing Porten Sullivan Corporation for many years (one of the largest builders in the area), the Company was sold in 1986. Three years later, Eckert and Sullivan left Porten Sullivan to start a smaller, more flexible building and development entity, Classic Community Corporation (also known as Classic Group, LLC).
